Happy Birthday Uncle Spencer!

Well this one's for you.  A week early I know.  Your friend emailed asking for the recipe because of the not so subtle hints that you wanted the strawberry white chocolate cake I made about 4 years ago.  I am sure it will be better than our tester we had at our house.  Love You!  Happy Birthday to a great brother and a super uncle!

Our test cake so I could make a recipe with exact measurements.

4 years prior.  Ryan did not even remember this one.
